Why I like it:
Once you have created a proposal through Nusii’s simple block builder template, you simply check it, then send it. The recipient receives the proposal or quote, and when they are happy with it they click a big red button at the top to ‘accept the proposal’. They also have to sign on the screen by a squiggle or by typing their name which reinforces the binding nature of this basis of a contract.
You can download the proposals you create as pdf’s, you can attach documents (such as terms of business etc) to your proposals, you can manage your contacts and track your billing through the account dashboard, and best of all when a proposal is accepted both parties receive a copy of the proposal via email to keep the paper trail clean.
