Good business advice is often prohibitively expensive, which strikes me as crazy, as the people that need it most are often at the beginning of an expensive, life changing journey themselves. What you need at this stage in your life is support. Mental and emotional support from family and friends, sure, but also support from someone who has been there and done that, someone who can teach you about what they’ve learnt so you can not only learn from their mistakes and save yourself a bunch of time and money, but someone to bounce your ideas off too. A mentor, if you will.

Method
Planning
This part is very process driven. Together we will spend time brainstorming about your business, looking at internal and external factors, and the best ways we can maximise your efficiency when it comes to sales and operational processes. Giving the right amount of planning at the start can save stacks of time and money later on.
Build the Business Toolbox
Once we're clear on the processes, we begin to trial a variety of business tools (mostly very affordable and web based - two of my main criteria) that best fit your processes and way of working. We will narrow it down to the best overall value for you - financially (affordable), mentally (the simplest and makes the most sense to you), and time-wise (which is the most efficient).
Testing & Loading
Now we have the systems we need in place, it's time to load in your data (or test data) to test the systems and run through some simulated bookings/jobs. Once happy, we move on to getting in those all important sales!

However I can imagine that you might want to know a bit more about me first. Well, as an overview, my background is largely based in travel and technology, and my most recent employed position was Managing Director of a multi-million gbp travel group before starting my own socially responsible business in 2017. I am MBA grad from 2011 which gave me a fantastic academic grounding from which to build upon, and I have been fortunate enough to put what I learnt into practice several times over.
